Heel belangrijk :

Replace a negative thought with a positive one. Embellish it & the negative will slowly lose its 
strength. It doesn’t have to be a thought; it could be a replacement feeling, an image, or even a 
memory (a holiday on the beach or a peaceful mountain scene). Then, whenever you encounter the 
same negative thought, bring the "replacement" in immediately.
